So November has been the busiest month of the year, I literally haven’t stopped. It’s been exam week at uni and I’ve been rehearsing every night for Spring Awakening which is being performed the same day this post goes up (wish me luck!) Here are a few of the things I’ve been enjoying this week.
AA Skincare Frankincense and Rose Face Mask* (£7.98) I’ve been treating my skin to face masks much more recently. With the cold weather and central heating, skin can freak out at this time of year. This mask has been adding in the hydration I need and doesn’t leave any tight feelings after, as some do. With the high quality of ingredients, I think the price is really good.
NYX Lip Lingerie Liquid Lipstick in Push Up (£6.50) I picked this up on a whim in boots and I’ve fallen in LOVE. It’s not too pink, not too brown and makes a great nude to go with any eye makeup look. The formula is the best I’ve tried and stays on all night- including the kebab on the way home.
Rossi Uvema Cleansing Oil* (£14.75) I love trying new cleansers as it’s so easy to see if you like it with an instant result. This one takes makeup off really well, I much prefer it to my Simple one. It also smells like Marzipan which is a great added bonus.
New Look Camel Coat (similar here) I’ve been lusting after a camel coat for years now I’m so happy I finally have one. I can’t find it online but there are so many similar online and in stores.I’ve been loving wearing it with all black and a bold lip!
Spring Awakening This has been my favourite musical for so so long and I was lucky enough to be in it 2 years ago. I’m currently performing it again now and it’s reminded me why I’m so in love. The music is stunning and the story line is one of the best. I won’t give any spoilers but it’s tragic, funny and heartbreaking all at the same time. If you ever get a chance to see a company do it, go see it!
And that’s everything! Not a lot of stuff as I’ve been so busy, testing new beauty products isn’t high on my list of priorities. Next week I’ll be uploading some Christmas gift guides and I hope you enjoy! Merry December 😉
