Becca Aqua Luminous Perfecting Foundation Review

Foundation is the ONE thing I think spending money on really pays off. Yeah you can get a great foundation from Bourjois or L’Oreal but will it be the right colour? Prob’s not. For me, I look for a hydrating foundation with a medium coverage that matches my skin. Not too much to ask right? Somehow it’s found me a long time to be completely happy with a foundation. Until I walked into Space NK and saw this lil beauty….

Becca Aqua Luminous Perfecting Foundation

What it claims to do ‘Veil your skin with coverage that feels water-light, while it evens and perfects the complexion. Each weightless fluid drop imparts subtle luminosity that blurs imperfections and creates a soft focused glow. Light, buildable coverage formula available in eight flexible shades that cover all skin tones.’

What it actually does It goes on so smoothly and instantly gets rid of any redness and skin blemishes. I have extremely dry skin and it doesn’t exaggerate it as much as other foundations do. It blends out really well, I used my Beauty Blender (review here

Does it last? Yes! It doesn’t make me look worse as the day goes on, which others do. It keeps my skin hydrated and only a little bit of redness pokes through at the end of the day.

Colour I got the shade ‘fair’ which is pretty perfect for my skin. It’s very neutral under-toned, not too yellow or too pink. I highly recommend going into a Space NK store for a colour match, all the staff are very helpful.

Good for..  Someone with normal/dry skin who wants a nice healthy glow. No major scarring or acne to cover up.

I really like this foundation! You can buy on Space NK here for £34. Have you tried this before?
